Prayer
A Christian woman came to me today and asked- "are you Pro-Life?" Yess... "are you a praying woman?" yess..
She came to me and asked me to pray with her about another woman that I dont know. I was told only that this woman was faced with the choice of aborting her child or carrying through with her pregnancy.
She said a prayer while we held hands across from each other and then she said "OK your turn", So I said a prayer with her again. It was probably one of the most meaningful prayers I have ever said, As we prayed I felt like I knew this woman and I knew her situation and I really needed to help.
It was such a powerful moment. I felt so tingly and peaceful!
The power and blessing of prayer is such an amazing thing. I felt the spirit there with us so strong. I dont know what this woman we prayed over will chose to do but I hope she will understand the importance of this little beings life. Babies are such a blessing and I dont know where I would be without my little guy. Abortion may be legal but that does not make it right. The Holocaust was legal but that didnt make it right.
This was a special moment I will keep near me forever.
