Our Beautiful Couple of Weeks..

Well, I shared the temple experience by its self cause its so long and beautiful.
This is what else happened in those weeks! I worked 6 days a week, David worked 6 days a week, Our Oklahoma family got here (yayyy!)! They are my favorite! No that i have favorites but they are :) So since they wont be back until December the Cole side of the family threw a baby shower for me! It was so small and sweet but so fun and I got wayyy to many gifts :) I got the pack and play I have been wanting, I got diapers and a diaper bag and lotions and tons of clothes and a stroller and car seat and toys and other random baby supplies. I seriously feel so ready for this baby! :) Davids sister brought her boyfriend home for the Fourth and I loved him! He was so fun to be around! We had a great fourth, we went to Melba Olde Tymes, and watched the parade with Athena and the rest of the family, than we went home and napped for like 3 hours than we went back for the fireworks and the good food, and good company :) it was great, I love fireworks, and I love this country! Our freedom is such a beautiful thing! Davids nephew also got baptized that weekend and that was a fun get together! So proud of his decision!
David FINALLY got to SEE the baby moving in my belly (he's never home to see anything cool)  :) he was swimming around for like ten straight minutes, I have no idea what the heck he was doing but it tickled and it was so fun to watch :) So i videoed it!
We have an ultrasound tomorrow to check on that dang bloodcord thats right where its not supposed to be, so I hope that everything is going well with that and that my man is growing just how he should be! My belly is so I think he must be too ;) Than next week I get to do the wonderful much awaited glucose test! :) yayyy :(
I am excited to see the big guy on the screen tomorrow and see how much he has changed since last month! Having a baby is such an adventure... I feel like i will always be pregnant and like there is really no baby that will come out of it..boy, am i in for a surprise! (not really). But im in my 7th month of pregnancy now, so its getting close! really close! Athena is about to pop too! I cant wait! I hope im hope for the whole thing, i worry about her. I just want her to have the dang things so shes not so uncomfortable! She is also going in this week for another ultrasound, and I am just as excited for hers :)
That is all the rambling I have to now :) Next time I blog it will probably be about Athenas cute little bundles of joy :)

Our Beautiful Couple of Weeks.. (Temple)

Last Thursday David and I got our endowments taken out, a lot of it I actually knew about but wasnt sure how they would go about it, so I wasnt in to much shock :) It was so beautiful, the inside of the temple is a great place to be, its beautiful and knowing you made it there is such a great feeling. The initiatory was my favorite (if i have a favorite) Its so great that sisters get to do all that work when normally we would think only the brothers could. I had to rush to the temple right after work to make it on time, so I felt bad that I could prepare myself for a few hours and meditate, but it was still a great experience! The temple workers are so sweet and genuinely care about everyone. Than that Tuesday we got sealed which was the best feeling to know that our little tiny family will be together forever no matter what happens :) We had so much support and so many people there. It was surprisingly like a wedding! I also again had to rush to the temple from work so I didnt even get to do my hair ! :( I looked like poo but it didn't matter :) It was just for the after pictures I was so sad about it haha Than that Thursday I got to go to the temple early before work with my mom and do initiatory work for some family on both my parents side of the family, that was really neat and a lot different than doing it for myself, I really wanted to squeeze in a session before it closed on Saturday but we didn't get to, and im sure we wont be able to get to Twin Falls until after the baby is born, and that its self will be a challenge!
The whole time we were in the temple our little guy was so active :) I thought it was so cool that he got to go through the temple with us (not that he had a choice), But I felt like he knew that his mommy and daddy were doing something great!
Yesterday, on Sunday I also got my patriarchal blessing, I know, I know it was one spiritually full last couple of weeks! Wow, the promises that were made to me in that blessing were so intense, David even thought wow I have never heard that in any one else's blessing. I waited a long time to get it but im so glad that I did, I cant wait to get my written copy and read it over!
We also got randomly called to share our testimonies in sacrament meeting yesterday... What a (pleasant???) surprise!! It went alright though, and there were hardly any people at church, usually we have half the gym full, but it was only kinda full so that relieved me :) than I had to help David teach his class cause his partner wasnt there, and that was an experience, im super rusty on my primary songs! and 6 year olds are loud and bratty :)
Im so grateful for this church, and for families! :)
